Arsenal don't have a single scorer propping up their numbers, with Kai Havertz their top league scorer with 7 goals, but by committee with 14 different scorers, with a lot of their goals coming from set-pieces with 7 of their goals being scored by defenders.

Chelsea on the other hand have Cole Palmer with 14 goals and Nicolas Jackson with 9 leading the way for them, with only six players having two or more goals for them in the league this season.

Chelsea have also hit the woodwork the most this season, hitting it 15 times in 21 games, whilst also missing 52 big chances, the 2nd most in the league, just one behind Liverpool, who have the most

Patrik Schick has been the surprise for Leverkusen this season, having scored 11 goals in the Bundesliga, already surpassing his total of 7 last season, but like last season, they have had a variety of goal scorers, with 13 already this season, after having 16 different scorers last season.

Despite their defensive woes, Spurs have been one of the best attacking teams this season under Ange Postecoglou, scoring 43 goals, with a lot of their goals being the by-line cutback that has become synonymous with a Postecoglou side.

Spurs has a group of five players that have heavily contributed to their attacking output, with James Maddison, Dominic Solanke, Son Heung-min, Brennan Johnson and Dejan Kulusevski contributing to 33 of their 43 goals and 19 of their 32 assists.

Impressively as well, only one of Spurs' league goals have come from penalties this season, and with them being notably poor at set-pieces, with Cristian Romero the only centre-back to score for them this season, making their attacking play in open-play more impressive.

7. Real Madrid - 43

After adding Kylian Mbappe to an already lethal Real Madrid attack, you would've thought Real would be higher up the list, but what also is surprising, they are massively out-performing their underlying numbers.

They are 3rd in La Liga in non-penalty xG with just 29.2 in 19 games, which per90, is less then the likes of Bournemouth, Newcastle United, OGC Nice and Eintracht Frankfurt, but because of the quality they posses in attack, they are able to score the difficult chances.

Slot's side have also been doing this without a recognised striker with Darwin Nunez out of favour with just 7 starts and 2 goals, but with Jota scoring 5, Gakpo, 6, and Diaz, 8, the players around Salah have also stepped up to nearly equal their tallies for last season already.

3. Inter - 48

Inter have scored 48 goals in one less game than Liverpool, despite a down-season, to his standards, from Lautaro Martinez, scoring just 7 league goals, Simeone Inzaghi has done what he always done and got the best out of his talent and kept Inter as one of the best attacking teams in Europe.

After a decent first season in Italy for Inter, scoring 13 goals, Thuram has really found his groove this season, already netting 12 goals, with all of them coming from open-play, whilst also managing this on 6.7 xG, less than Martinez's 7.3, showcasing what a great season Thuram is having.
